Our Story
NGOHEMBA Development Foundation was established to respond to pressing social and economic challenges affecting Nigerian communities. Registered on 24th November 2023 under Nigerian law, the Foundation operates as a corporate body committed to structured governance and measurable impact. Our work is guided by integrity, compassion, innovation, and sustainability. The Foundation is duly incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and certified by the Registrar-General, Hussaini Ishaq Magaji (SAN), confirming our legal standing and commitment to regulatory compliance. The Foundation is governed by experienced and dedicated trustees—Kehinde Rufai, Goodman Foga, Saheed Rufai, Tor Foga, and Nelly Foga—who provide oversight, strategic direction, and governance to ensure the organization achieves its objectives responsibly and transparently.
OUR PROGRAMS
